Art Director
Your role at Exness:
You will lead the design and execution of global marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, while managing a creative team and ensuring high visual standards.
You will:
Lead the full design cycle of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including: Landing pages, Banners, Videos, Email creatives, Push notifications, App Store & Google Play assets, Out-of-home (OOH) materials
Contribute directly to the conceptualization and visual exploration of campaigns, including hands-on design work
Utilize 3D design skills to enhance campaign storytelling and create impactful visual concepts
Support visual needs for social media and content platforms
Design and adapt master assets to fit various formats and channels
Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards across all design outputs
Review and provide feedback on campaign materials to maintain high creative standards
Perform competitor research and trend analysis to inspire and inform creative direction
Lead A/B testing processes and apply insights to iterate and improve design effectiveness
Develop and test new creative formats and approaches in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Oversee work with external design vendors when needed
Manage, mentor, and grow a small team of designers—offering direction, feedback, and career development
What makes you a great fit:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience designing digital assets for marketing campaigns
Proven experience working in creative agencies, particularly on international accounts
Strong online portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work
Hands-on experience with campaign ideation and execution, including video formats
Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects for well-known global brands from concept to delivery
Solid background in digital marketing and performance-driven design
Skilled in presenting and pitching creative concepts to senior-level clients and stakeholders
Confident in selling ideas and guiding creative discussions with executive-level decision makers
Experience working across various global markets, such as ASIA, LATAM, or MENA, is highly valued
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Working knowledge of 3D design software (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D) for visual development
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
