Who We Are:
We’re a performance marketing agency that builds ads to grab attention, get clicks, and drive revenue fast. No branding decks. No pixel-perfect polish. Just high-performing creatives built for speed and results. Our creative team produces scroll-stopping, curiosity-fueled, clickbait-style images using AI tools, and we’re looking for someone who can do the same.
What We’re Looking For:
This isn't a job for a “traditional” designer. You might call yourself:
- A visual prompt engineer - A growth-minded creative
- A meme-maker turned marketer
- Or just someone who knows how to make stuff people click on You’ll generate dozens of image variations per idea, test fast, and refine based on performance. Photoshop is for touch
-ups - not your main tool. AI is.
Must-Haves:
- A sharp visual eye for direct response ad styles (not branding, not aesthetic design, think intent-building clickbait that performs).
- Proficient with tools like Midjourney, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, Leonardo, Replicate, Magic Patterns, etc.
- Comfortable using Photoshop for light editing (cutouts, overlays, text treatments, mockups) - Curious and self-driven with AI tools and workflows (N8N, GumLoop, Zapier, Make etc)
- Ready to work within US time zones (North or South America)
Not a Fit If You:
- Specialize in brand design, UI/UX, or identity work
- Need hours to perfect a single image
- Don’t experiment with AI tools daily
- Care more about how things look than how they perform
Reality Check:
We know this is a hybrid role. You don’t need to be perfect. But we do need you to:
- Understand why some images get clicked and others don’t
- Move fast, learn faster - Care more about output and performance than polish
- Be hungry to push the limits of what AI tools can do If you’ve built meme accounts, YouTube thumbnails, UGC ads, or affiliate promos
- you might already be the exact type we want.
Location:
Remote: MUST be working within US time zones. Ideal regions: Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Uruguay etc.
English: MUST be fluent in English to apply.
Bonus Points:
- You’ve automated your image workflow using AI + Zapier/N8N/Make
- You’ve worked on VSLs, affiliate offers, or high-volume Facebook campaigns
- You study winning ad libraries and swipe ideas for fun
- You’ve tested performance on your own creatives
