What You'll Do
As our Senior Visual Designer, you’ll own the creation of high-converting, on-brand marketing assets for both Mirasee and select agency clients. You’ll ensure everything we ship is visually compelling, strategically aligned, and designed to perform.
You will:

Design marketing assets such as:
Webinar registration pages
Sales pages
E-books and lead magnets
Campaign and social media visuals
Work within and evolve a reusable system of templates and components
Communicate clearly with project managers and clients to understand goals
Ensure consistent quality, responsive design, and user-focused hierarchy
Own your timelines, QA process, and feedback implementation
Adapt designs based on testing data and business outcomes
Who We're Looking For
You’re not a pixel-pusher. You think in systems, not one-offs, and you bring an existing toolkit of templates and components you know work.
✅ 5+ years of experience in digital design (web, conversion, marketing)
✅ Proven ability to create and own design systems and templates
✅ Strong understanding of brand expression and visual hierarchy
✅ Conversion-aware approach (you think CTA-first, not just pretty)
✅ Attention to detail with a strong self-QA mindset
✅ Proactive communicator who respects deadlines and collaborates well
✅ Required: Proficient in Figma (our primary design system tool)
