UI Designer – eCommerce Remote
We're hiring a full-time UI designer inside our eCommerce CRO agency.
This is a permanent, 40-hour/week role. We're looking for someone with exceptional taste — not a generalist, not a dribbble stylist. You need to understand clean, modern, premium UI. That’s it. We'll teach you CRO — but your design execution has to be elite.
🔍 What We're Looking For:
Strong eye for minimalist, high-end design
Excellent font, spacing, and layout instincts
Sharp with visual hierarchy, flow, and detail
Able to follow direction and build consistent design systems
Clean execution inside Figma
Think Apple. Aesop. Mid-Day Squares. Dore & Rose. Clean, tasteful, expensive.
If you know how to take a visually weak landing page and make it look premium without adding clutter or noise — you're who we want.
🧠 You’ll Be Doing:
Designing landing pages and modular sections for eCommerce brands
Turning low-fi briefs into high-end output
Working directly with strategist and developer
Shipping clean mobile-first designs inside Figma
You won’t be doing pitch decks, apps, SaaS dashboards, or concept work. This is real-world eCom UI for brands that sell.
🧪 Trial Task (Required to Apply):
We don’t care about resumes. We hire based on execution. If your work is good, you're in. If not, you're out.
Your task:
Redesign as far as the add to cart of this product page: https://haircubed.com/products/haircubed-microfiber-sealer-control-ionic-brush
Use the structure/layout from this page as a reference: https://doreandrose.com/products/deep-face-sleep-mask-dark-blue
That means:
Clean headline
Strong product image
Clear CTA
Micro-testimonial or trust element
Clean structure and spacing
We want to see how you structure hierarchy, typography, layout, and space.
