E-Commerce Web Designer (DE/EN)

We’re looking for a talented Web Designer to join our remote team full-time and create visually stunning, conversion-optimized Shopify stores for a variety of brands.

You should have a strong eye for design, a good sense for brand storytelling through visuals, and ideally some experience with e-commerce best practices. Conversion-focused design is a big part of what we do, so familiarity with UX/UI principles and user behavior in online shopping environments is a huge plus.

What you’ll do:

• Design clean, modern Shopify storefronts tailored to our clients’ brand identity

• Structure and organize content in a clear, customer-friendly way

• Work closely with our team to iterate based on feedback and data

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design process

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio of web/e-commerce design work

• Fluency in German (reading & understanding client-supplied content)

• Experience with Figma

• Understanding of e-commerce UX and conversion optimization principles

• Reliable, communicative, and self-motivated

Bonus points for:

• Experience working with Shopify

• Experience collaborating with developers and marketing teams

• Familiarity with SEO and responsive/mobile-first design

This is a remote, full-time position. You’ll work on exciting projects for brands across various industries — always with the goal of creating high-converting, user-friendly shopping experiences.
