Marketing/Brand Designer
Role Overview
As the Brand Marketing Designer at Ayraa, you will be the creative force shaping our brand identity and marketing presence. This role is perfect for a visual storyteller who can turn complex ideas into compelling designs tailored for our target audience of modern, tech-savvy organizations. Working closely with our co-founder (Chief Design Officer) and the marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to build Ayraa's brand from the ground up - from refining our visual style to producing high-impact assets that drive engagement. Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Guidelines: Develop and maintain Ayraa’s visual brand guidelines (logos, color palette, typography, etc.) to ensure a consistent look and feel across all media and touchpoints.
Marketing Collateral Design: Create a wide range of marketing assets - including social ads and posts, website graphics, landing pages, email templates, infographics, slide decks, and occasional print materials - that communicate Ayraa’s value proposition and story.
Campaign & Content Support: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to design creative assets for campaigns, product launches, webinars, and events. Ensure visuals are engaging and on-brand, and help simplify complex AI concepts into digestible graphics for our audience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success) to produce design materials that support their needs (e.g. sales one-pagers, case study layouts, in-app graphics) while aligning with overall brand messaging and style.
Quality & Consistency: Uphold high design standards with meticulous attention to detail. Review and polish all outgoing creatives, ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality in every deliverable.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously. Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and iterate quickly based on feedback and changing requirements.
Innovation & Evolution: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices. Bring new ideas to the table for improving our brand presence, and be ready to experiment with emerging formats (interactive content, short videos, etc.) to keep Ayraa’s marketing fresh and cutting-edge.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a graphic, visual, or brand designer (agency or in-house), preferably with exposure to B2B tech or SaaS industries.
Design Mastery: Proficiency in modern design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) with an excellent eye for layout, typography, and color. A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work and marketing campaign assets is required.
Visual Storytelling: Ability to translate complex ideas and technical concepts into clear, impactful visuals. Experience creating graphics that tell a story or explain a product is highly valued.
Attention to Detail: Obsessive about pixel-perfect execution and maintaining consistency across all materials. You double-check your work to ensure accuracy and quality every time.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams. Open to feedback and able to iterate designs based on input from stakeholders.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-moving startup environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and quick changes — able to take initiative in a “build-as-we-go” culture and find creative solutions on the fly.
Bonus – Motion Design: Experience with animation or motion graphics (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a big plus. While not required, the ability to create animated visuals or video content will help bring our storytelling to life and set you apart.
