About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Freelance UX/UI Designer to join our team on a project-by-project basis. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing seamless and engaging user experiences across a range of digital products and websites. This is a remote freelance role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to define user journeys, flows, and experiences.
Design and prototype digital interfaces, websites, and platform components using Figma.
Translate requirements and insights into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and design documentation.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints and maintain brand alignment.
Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Requirements
Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio of web and digital product work.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with collaborative design workflows.
Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Comfortable working in an iterative, feedback-driven environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with design systems and atomic design principles.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers.
Motion design or prototyping tools (e.g., Protopie, Framer).
