The Opportunity
AirOps is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a talented and creative Digital Brand Designer to help shape and evolve our brand identity as we continue to scale. As our Brand Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining how AirOps appears across various touchpoints—from web, socials, to marketing collateral, video thumbnails, and social media.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Design and Marketing team to ensure our visual identity is compelling, consistent, and aligned with our core values and business goals.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Head of Design to refine and build upon AirOps’ visual identity.
Bridge the gap between design and marketing to ensure all brand deliverables align to company objectives
Create page templates and designs for our Webflow development team
Design high-quality marketing materials, including digital assets, presentations, email campaigns, and social media content.
Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing platforms and communications, maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
You’ll be embedded in the marketing and growth team as a strategic partner to create visually compelling stories that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Manage and evolve our brand guidelines as needed, ensuring scalability across multiple formats and channels.
Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and visuals for our website, blog, and social media, aligning with marketing campaigns.
Develop templates and tools to streamline brand usage across internal and external stakeholders.
Your Experience:
5+ years of experience in brand or visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful and consistent brand experiences across different mediums such as print and digital.
We mostly live in Figma so strong experience there.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
Experience designing for digital marketing and social media channels.
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present and articulate your design choices effectively.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership, with a passion for building compelling brand experiences.
Bonus: Experience in tech or SaaS industries, working with growth-stage companies.
Bonus: Experience with motion design and minor animations to attach to our youtube videos.
