Marketing Designer (EU Time Zone)

As a Marketing Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and driving the performance of our marketing efforts. From crafting high-converting web funnels to designing stunning App Store visuals, you’ll have a direct impact on the growth and perception of our brand.
We are looking for a data-driven marketing designer who specializes in conversion-focused design. Your role will go beyond traditional graphic design - you will create, test, and optimize visual assets to drive higher conversion rates and user engagement across landing pages, paid ads, and marketing campaigns. Your day-to-day will be:
Design static ads for a variety of marketing channels (social, display, and paid ads campaigns).
Conceptualize and create screens and visuals for Apple App Store and Google Play Store, with a focus on high engagement and conversion.
Design high-performing web funnels, from conceptualization to execution.
Craft email marketing designs that inspire engagement and action.
Build visually engaging landing pages that align with Loora’s brand identity and marketing goals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align goals and ensure a consistent brand image.
Localization to different languages and formats.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a designer in a similar role.
Fluency in English, including the ability to communicate effectively with a global team, verbally and in writing.
Advanced skills with Figma (required) and other design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across marketing channels (static ads, landing pages, app store visuals, etc.).
Experience and understanding of composition, color theory, visual storytelling, and creating compelling layouts with strong typography and attention to detail.
Data-driven and performance-focused, with a mindset for experimentation and optimization.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Commitment to following design trends and innovation in marketing.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with openness to direction and feedback.
Even better if you have:
Hands-on experience in mobile app marketing, including app store optimization (ASO).
Knowledge of product design principles and user-centered design processes.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization for marketing assets.
UX/UI design experience.
