Marketing Designer (EU Time Zone)

Your role:

At Loora, we’re revolutionizing the way people learn English by combining cutting-edge AI with an engaging, personalized conversational experience. As a Marketing Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and driving the performance of our marketing efforts. From crafting high-converting web funnels to designing stunning App Store visuals, you’ll have a direct impact on the growth and perception of our brand.

We are looking for a data-driven marketing designer who specializes in conversion-focused design. Your role will go beyond traditional graphic design - you will create, test, and optimize visual assets to drive higher conversion rates and user engagement across landing pages, paid ads, and marketing campaigns. If you’re a design-savvy professional with a passion for creating visually compelling assets that drive results, we’d love to hear from you!

Your day-to-day will be:

  • Design static ads for a variety of marketing channels (social, display, and paid ads campaigns).

  • Conceptualize and create screens and visuals for Apple App Store and Google Play Store, with a focus on high engagement and conversion.

  • Design high-performing web funnels, from conceptualization to execution.

  • Craft email marketing designs that inspire engagement and action.

  • Build visually engaging landing pages that align with Loora’s brand identity and marketing goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align goals and ensure a consistent brand image.

  • Localization to different languages and formats.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a designer in a similar role.

  • Fluency in English, including the ability to communicate effectively with a global team, verbally and in writing.

  • Advanced skills with Figma (required) and other design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across marketing channels (static ads, landing pages, app store visuals, etc.).

  • Experience and understanding of composition, color theory, visual storytelling, and creating compelling layouts with strong typography and attention to detail.

  • Data-driven and performance-focused, with a mindset for experimentation and optimization.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • Commitment to following design trends and innovation in marketing.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with openness to direction and feedback.

Even better if you have:

  • Hands-on experience in mobile app marketing, including app store optimization (ASO).

  • Knowledge of product design principles and user-centered design processes.

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization for marketing assets.

  • UX/UI design experience.
