As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own end-to-end design, shaping seamless, intuitive, and visually striking experiences for our host and member platforms. This is a rare opportunity to define a premium product from the ground up, influencing key decisions in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design vision across the company's mobile and desktop platforms, ensuring seamless, intuitive experiences for host, member, and admins.

  • Own & evolve the design system in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability

  • Create high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes, simplifying complex workflows

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to align design decisions with business objectives

  • Conduct UX research & user testing, optimizing engagement and usability

  • Advocate for a premium, user-first approach, ensuring seamless event access for high-profile users

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX expertise and high-end digital experiences

  • Expert in Figma, with experience designing and maintaining scalable design systems

  • Strong UX research skills, with a track record of applying insights to improve product experience

  • Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms, balancing aesthetics and usability

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, iterating quickly based on feedback

  • Strong collaboration skills—comfortable working with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders

Bonus Points

  • Experience with motion design, prototyping, or front-end implementation

  • Understanding of front-end development and how design translates to code

  • Background in hospitality, luxury, or event-tech

  • Knowledge of conversion-focused UX strategies
