Position Overview
The Lead Product Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping Seraphi’s user experience by designing engaging, intuitive, and data-driven interfaces that empower users on their health and wellness journey. As an early team member, you will have significant ownership over design decisions, from user research and discovery to the final UI polish. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to contribute to a product that helps people live healthier, longer lives.
What You’ll Do
Own and evolve the design of our app’s UI and UX, ensuring it's usable, intuitive, and visually compelling
Lead the full scale design process – from idea to production ready visual designs
Create experiences that are engaging, fun, and add real value to users’ health journeys
Work closely with engineering and product to bring designs to life
Embrace an iterative, experimental approach – we move fast, test often, and adapt quickly
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of mobile app design experience – strong UX and UI capabilities
Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment – ability to work with a small team, operate independently and problem solve as we go
Able to think strategically about how to make the app as engaging and user friendly as possible, while also obsessing over every little detail
Ability to create the full spectrum of UX and UI artifacts – from concept maps, prototypes, workflows to hi-fi designs that are ready for production
Love doing the work yourself and are motivated by the opportunity to create an exceptional product
Creates products that look “cool” or “amazing”
Data obsessed - leveraging A/B testing, user behavior analytics, usability testing, heatmaps, and conversion rate optimization to create delightful experiences
