• Obsess over readability and flow

• Study carousel pros like Mad Over Marketing — then do it better

Requirements

• Strong visual design skills (Figma, Canva, etc.)

• Portfolio that shows storytelling through slides

• Attention to visual hierarchy, spacing, and simplicity

• Ability to stick to brand style while pushing creative boundaries
