The Challenge

Healthcare professionals are trapped using outdated, frustrating software that wastes their time and energy – time that should be spent caring for patients. We're changing that, one beautiful, thoughtful interface at a time.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who will own the creative direction of our product experience. With significant creative freedom, you'll define how healthcare professionals interact with our platform, rescuing them from horrible UX and giving them back time to focus on what matters: patient care. You'll have the autonomy to shape our visual language from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Own the Creative Vision: Lead and define the visual identity and interaction patterns for our entire product suite

• Create Intuitive User Journeys: Design seamless experiences with full autonomy over creative decisions and solutions

• Drive Product Strategy: Influence product roadmap through your design vision and creative direction

• Collaborate Closely with Engineers: Work in tight iteration cycles while maintaining creative control throughout implementation

• Obsess Over User Communication: Establish direct lines to our users, conducting research and gathering feedback to inform your design decisions

• Set Accessibility Standards: Define and implement accessibility guidelines with authority across the platform

• Build Our Design System: Create and evolve our design system with freedom to make key architectural decisions

• Simplify the Complex: Transform complicated healthcare processes into clear, efficient user experiences based on your creative vision

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product design experience, ideally with healthcare or other complex workflow tools

• Portfolio demonstrating your ability to create elegant solutions to complex problems

• Experience designing for mobile and desktop interfaces

• Strong skills in user research, interaction design, and visual design

• Experience working in fast-paced environments with quick iteration cycles

• Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with engineers

• Passion for improving healthcare and making a tangible difference in people's lives

• Empathy for healthcare workers and understanding of their unique challenges
