About the Role

Lyonshare is seeking a Creative Director Advisor to mentor our designers and review and elevate our design team's work. This is a paid advisory role with an expected commitment of ~5 hours/mo. though more hours and further opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Core Responsibilities

• Review designed assets (branding, pitch decks, tearsheets, websites, other branded collateral) to provide feedback for improvement

• Work with our in-house designers as a mentor, to improve their skillsets and increase the quality of their designs

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience

• Experience at a leading design agency 

• An impeccable eye for design standards and best practices and ability to communicate clear feedback

• U.S. based or U.S. experience is required

Location

Our team is remote-first with an office in New York City. We’re open to considering remote candidates for this position, but require them to be U.S. Citizens.
