Creative Associate | Design
We are looking for a Creative Associate to design and develop digital content ranging from campaigns to advocacy groups. This is the entry-level in our creative department.
BattleAxe Digital is a women-owned and operated full-service digital agency that is dedicated to creating impactful digital programs for progressive candidates, organizations, and causes. We are currently seeking a Creative Associate to join our team and assist in designing and developing digital content for various campaigns and advocacy groups. This position is an entry-level role in our creative department, with opportunities for growth and development.
Salary Range: $54,000/year, with post-election bonuses and monthly monetary stipends
This is a cycle hire position with an expected end date of November 5th, 2024
Responsibilities:
- Design graphics for digital mediums such as emails, digital ads, social media, and print materials
- Collaborate with multiple teams to brainstorm and strategize on creative projects
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary amendments to designs
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-2+ years of experience as a designer
- Proficient in at least two of the following: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, HTML/CSS
- Ability to generate new creative ideas and concepts
- Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of current design trends
Bonus Skills:
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Experience with web design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
