Head of Design

We are seeking a Head Designer to lead the creative development and management for an artist-driven clothing brand and a car detailing brand, both of which are direct-to-consumer businesses. As part of our dynamic team of marketers and creators responsible for these rapidly growing brands established in 2017, we are constantly seeking innovative strategies to outperform our competitors. We embrace change and agility, readily seizing opportunities that yield success. We eagerly anticipate a visionary individual who can give life to our narratives and brands.

The primary responsibilities and projects encompass:

  • Designing Website User Interfaces (UI)

  • Launching Bi-Weekly Product Releases

  • Developing Email Content and Campaigns

  • Creating Content for Facebook and Instagram Ads

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • In-depth understanding of Brand Guidelines

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools

  • Experience in Website UI Design

  • Familiarity with Klaviyo and Shopify platforms

  • Skills in Visual Storytelling, Art Direction, and Campaign Conceptualization

Bonus skills include Video Editing proficiency to craft stories and enhance short-form social content. This role requires a commitment of 20 hours per week and a dedication to a long-term collaboration.
