Freelance UI/UX Graphics Designer (Potential Full-Time Opportunity)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled UI/UX Graphics Designer to revamp and simplify our product interface which includes approximately 25 screens in both mobile and desktop. This role requires someone with a sharp eye for trendy and user-friendly design layouts particularly in web and mobile app environments related to the social and music industries.

Key Responsibilities

Design Overhaul: Redesign the current interface to enhance user experience while simplifying the overall look and feel of the platform.
Guideline Revitalization: Update and redefine our design guidelines and frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all visual elements.
Ongoing Design Adjustments: Remain on-call for ongoing modifications and additions to the app screens and features, reflecting an agile development process.
Collaborative Development: Work closely with our development team to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical specifications and user feedback.

Requirements

Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically with web and mobile applications. Experience in the social or music industry platforms will be highly regarded.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Figma is a must. Familiarity with other design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD etc., is beneficial.
Understanding of UX Principles: Strong grasp of user experience methodologies, including the creation of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Portfolio Submission: A robust portfolio that showcases your aesthetic sense and professional design skills. Portfolios should specifically highlight previous work in relevant industries.
Reference Requirement: Ability to provide professional references upon request.
Conversion Acumen: A solid understanding of how design choices translate into conversion metrics and user engagement.
