I’m a UX/UI Design Director with over 17 years of experience, 5 of those working in the eCommerce sector. I’ve successfully delivered a variety of compelling digital experiences for the likes of Trek Bikes, Forevermark, McLaren, BBC, Carrier Holidays and hmv, to name a few.
I understand the value of customer experience - designing based on test results, hypothesis, and data but also bearing in mind customer sentiment and emotion.
I can direct a multi-disciplined team, collaborate with individual specialists, run user workshop. I can also roll my sleeves to create concepts, prototypes, design systems, pattern libraries, scamps, user flows, wireframes or polished interfaces.
