I’m able to balance the creative with the practical to introduce new solutions to traditional business needs. Before designing, I research markets, analyze trends, review company procedures to enable executives to visualize the processes, see the intersections among units, identify critical junctures, and improve the workflow. I craft a user and employee experience incorporating all levels of the business structure to engage the entire workforce in meeting the business objectives.
