With a background in both design and business analysis, I thrive in that essential middle space where user needs meet business goals. I love simplifying the complex, aligning cross-functional teams, and asking the “what if we…” questions no one’s thought of yet.

I believe in research over assumptions, usability over trends, and collaboration over silos. Also a firm believer that sticky notes, while helpful, aren’t a strategy. Let’s turn insights into impact—ideally with great UX and fewer slide decks.
